    1. Select the 'Account' link appearing in the header of the page.
    2. Scroll down to the 'Account Access' part of the page. Click 'Edit' password.
    3. After entering your old password, simply select a new password.

  • Does it cost anything to sign-up?

    No, it is completely free to sign up. Doorbell's basic plan for contact and task management is complimentary.

  • Can I terminate my account if I want?

    Yes, you can terminate your entire account at any time. All related data will be deleted from our system upon your termination. To terminate your account:

    1. Select the 'Account' link appearing in the header of the page.
    2. Scroll down to 'Account Cancellation' and select the 'Please Terminate My Account' option.

  • Can I change my name or screen name if I like?

    Yes, you can. To change your name or screen name:

    1. Go to the 'Account' link appearing in the header of the page.
    2. Scroll down to 'Basic Stuff' and select the edit link beside the name or screen name option.
    3. After selecting your new screen name, hit enter.

  • If I change my name or screen name, will I lose contacts?

    No, you will not lose any contacts or any other information for that matter. Your contacts will be immediately be updated with your changed name or screen name.

  • Can I change my E-mail address if I like?

    Yes, you can. To change your E-mail address:

    1. Go to the 'Account' link appearing in the header of the page.
    2. Scroll down to 'Account Access' part of the page and select the edit link beside the E-mail option.
    3. After selecting your E-mail address, hit save.

  • I want to change my E-mail address linked to my account. Will I lose any information?

    No, you will not lose any information as a result of a changed E-mail address. You can use the new address to log into the Smibs Network and all future notifications will be sent to the new E-mail as well.

  • How can I become a team member of a company?

    You have to be recruited by a company's administrator. Make sure that your personal profile on the Smibs Network is 'discoverable', so people can find and invite you into their Smibs Network. Watch the messages in your to accept invitations for other users' business networks and watch your corporate connections grow.

  • How can I terminate a team membership?

    To terminate a team membership:

    1. Go to the 'Account' link appearing in the header of the page.
    2. Scroll down to the Company Accounts part of the page. Identify the company you no longer wish to be a member of and select the 'disconnect link'. That company's launch-pad will disappear from your Dashboard and you will no longer have access to that company's applications and assets.

  • How do I manage my companies?

    Companies are separate from your personal account settings. To manage a company:

  • Select the 'Companies' drop down in the header and select the company you wish to manage. If the company is not in the drop down menu it's because you don't have admin rights to that particular company.
  • I want to upgrade my personal plan to a 'Premium' plan, will I lose any information?

    No, you will not lose any information as a result of upgrading plans. You will have significantly more file space and room to manage contacts.
